Backed by clinical expertise and national pediatric standards, the CPCMG Recommended Immunization Schedule outlines the essential vaccines that protect children from preventable illnesses. The schedule is aligned with current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidance, and catch-up immunization information can be found in the AAP-Immunization-Schedule.pdf.

The list below shows immunizations and preventive products with individual vaccine components that are due at each Well Child Visit from birth through adolescence. Some vaccine components are combined in a single vaccine product, so the actual number of injections may be less. Additionally, an Influenza vaccine is recommended every year, starting at 6 months old.

Click on each vaccine for more detailed information and the infections it prevents.
