Print an immunization record from MyChart on a computer web browser.

Log on to MyChart.
Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record
Click "Print".

Print an immunization record from the MyChart app on a phone.

Open the MyChart app.
Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record.
Click the 3 dots:
Select Print to connect with local printer:
