Print an Immunization Record from MyChart

Print an immunization record from MyChart on a computer web browser.

1. Log on to MyChart.

2. Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record

   

3. Click "Print".

   

Print an immunization record from the MyChart app on a phone.

1. Open the MyChart app.

2. Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record. Rotate screen if full document is not visible, then take a screenshot and send to your printer.

3. From the screenshot, tap the Send icon > Print.
