Healthy Living Visits is a six-session, six-month program with your own pediatrician or a clinician based out of your home site or region. These appointments are available in person or through video visits. HLV includes theme-based visits and goal setting on key nutrition, physical activity, sleep, screen use, and social-emotional wellness topics.
