# How To Print an Immunization Record from MyChart

### Print an immunization record from MyChart on a computer web browser.

1. Log on to [MyChart](https://www.mychartatradychildrens.org/).
2. Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record

3. Click "Print".

### Print an immunization record from the MyChart app on a phone.

1. Open the [MyChart app](http://onelink.to/e3keaj).
2. Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record.

3. Click the 3 dots:

4. Select Print to connect with local printer:
