Print an immunization record from MyChart on a computer web browser.

Log on to MyChart.
Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record
Click "Print".

Print an immunization record from the MyChart app on a phone.

Open the MyChart app.
Go to Menu > Print Immunization Record. Rotate screen if full document is not visible, then take a screenshot and send to your printer.
From the screenshot, tap the Send icon > Print.
