The classes will teach skills for water competency including how to tread water, float, turn around in deep water, swim 20 feet and exit the water without a ladder. Lessons will be repeated until the swimmer can do all of the above with confidence. Competency means the ability to do something successfully! **Who:** Children and adults (6 years old and up) **Where:** 12 different pools around San Diego (see list below for a location near you!) **When:** Year-round classes on weekdays and weekends at various times. **Why:** Learning how to swim is a powerful skill that will enable both children and adults to safely enjoy swimming. Put your initials underneath.
